I have an older model Heat Pump, that probably needs to be replaced. Trying to get someone who would even take a look at it, given the age of the system was a challenge in itself. I contacted a web site to get professional service quotes and within minutes was contacted by Sens Mechanical. GL Mitchell was very quick to set up an appointment and sent a service tech the next day to take a look. Kurt Jefferson was the tech, and I was amazed at his understanding of the unit in question and his overall knowledge of my "Antiquated' heat pump. I was so impressed with him, that I signed up for a service contract for both of my "Older" units. Thanks for the great service and especially thanks to Kurt. I will be using Sens Mechanical, to keep me going, as long as that young man is available.

Jeron called about doing the work within a week. He scheduled to complete it the following week. He showed up within a half hour of when he said he would with an assistant, completed the work quickly, cleaned up after himself, and took the time to speak to me about future projects. The price was excellent and he was extremely courteous! Less than one week has gone by and already he's scheduled to do another project for us tomorrow!"
