Water Heater It
may be best to call Sens to inspect
your
water heater. We will check the
drain valve for signs of leakage,
and the anode rods for corrosion,
the flame and other vital
components. At
least once every year, drain water
from the
water heater tank. Inspect
your
water heater burner to avoid a
fire.
Consider
installing a new energy efficient
tankless water heater to save
money on your energy bill every
month.
Toilets At
least once a year, check your toilet
for leaks. Add a small amount of red
food coloring to the tank. If the
toilet bowl water is colored red
after a few minutes, water is
seeping through from the tank.
The
toilet tank should be rebuilt at that
time. Sens can replace the seals to
conserve water.
